At Bauma China-2014, which is an exhibition of construction equipment, existing for 6 years already, and has been held this year from 25 to 28, November in Shanghai VOLVO CE company introduced a new concept of clients support service system. Caring, expert and innovative – these are the words to describe the support provided by the company.
The whole process starting from purchase and ending with maintenance provided by a group of VOLVO experts was demonstrated at the company’s stand in Shanghai. Through the purchase process the group of professionals ensures the following services: pre-approval services, fast approval services and scoring services for second-time byers.
VOLVO is eager to become “a provider of total solutions” concerning customer support. Besides all that, the company introduced the following key elaborations and ideas at the exhibition in China:
• Communications: it’s very easy to contact the VOLVO experts. In China, for instance, there are lots of channels, helping in booking services, purchasing parts, etc.
• CareTrack: an advanced remote system, due to which the information on the level of fuel consumption, maintenance plan and other features can be acquired.
• Remanufacturing: is ensured by one of the major aims of VOLVO – to limit machine downtime in the most economical way possible.
Reselling: the company has set up several reselling centers of VOLVO machinery all around China. Repair, certification, assessment and sales services can be received in all parts of this country from now on.
