The launch of an updated van is connected with the introduction of an obligatory ecological standard Euro-6 in the near future for all commercial vehicles, registered on the territory of Europe. The customers of the new Mercedes-Benz Citan can be sure, that the updated van conforms with all future standards. Turbo diesel engines from 75 hp to 110 hp are installed in the updated version. Due to the accurate engine adjustment and a new catalytic converter the company’s engineers have managed to make all the Citans regardless of its fuel tank volume and fuel type compliant Euro-6 standard.
Also the van can be equipped with BlueEFFICIENCY package on a customer’s request. The package contains the engine function ECO Start/Stop. And also BlueEFFICIENCY allows to cut fuel consumption to 4,3 l/100 km.
The new versions of delivery vans are equipped with all modern automobile technologies: Gps, 3.5-inch display, rear view cameras.
