Iveco’s version of future long-haul transport has become one of the highlights of this year’s IAA Comercial Vehicle trade fair. Iveco Z Truck concept represents a zero-impact vehicle with the guarantee of total sustainability.
The concept is conceived to deliver zero CO2 emissions, zero accidents as well as zero stress and zero waste of time. Whit regard to the absence of emissions, it is achieved by means of optimized Liquefied Natural Gas technology and the use of Bio-methane. The responsibility for accident prevention is on the advanced automated driving technologies, aimed at making a driver an on-board logistics operator. For this reason, the designers freed the cab from traditional constraints to be easily reconfigured according to particular needs: driving, automated driving, office work or resting.
Iveco Z Truck has become the result of 29 patents and promises to be a decent successor of trustworthy Iveco trucks.
