The 6 Series 6215 RCshift tractor from the range of Deutz-Fahr large models has been earlier recognized for “Best Design” in regard to Tractor of the Year 2017 Awards.
Following this success, Deutz-Fahr has focused on the launch of the updated 5 and 5G series of smaller utility tractors. The new 5 Series comprises three models from 110 to 126 hp. The range has been designed to feature comfortable and versatile all round utility tractors. Traditionally, the Deutz-Fahr tractors are equally suitable for working on stock farms to provide feeding and loader work, or to arrange arable and precise planting operations.
As for the 5G Series, there are seven models from 75 to 116 hp representing more compact tractor models. It is developed to suit tight areas where versatility is a key.
All the fresh models of both series offer improved comfort for the driver thanks to Hydro Silent Blocks technology, responsible for cutting noise and vibration by up to 40%. Also, the designers managed to boost efficiency by increasing engine power up to 5%, while reducing fuel consumption and emissions. The engine lineup includes a 4-cylinder Deutz 3.6L unit for the 5-series versions and a 3- or 4-cylinder FARMotion unit for the 5G variants. All the engines are made compliant with the Stage 4 emissions regulations.
