Der ideale Böschungsmulcher für Kleintraktoren, besonders geeignet zum Mähen und Mulchen von Böschungen oder Gräben, Waldrändern, Pferdekoppeln, Gestrüpp, oder seitlich versetzt hinter dem Schlepper angebaut.
Dieser Mulcher verfügt über einen eigenen Hydrauliköltank, so dass Sie zum Betrieb dieses Mulchers nur einen Zapfwellenanschluß benötigen.
Die Zapfwelle des Traktors treibt die Hydraulikpumpe am Mulcher an, so dass die unterschiedlichen Arbeitspositionen des Mulchkopfes eingestellt werden können.
Neigungswinkel und seitlicher Versatz sind jeweils separat hydraulisch verstellbar.
Die Bedienung des Mulchers erfolgt über ein Steuerventil mit mehreren Hebeln, welches Sie an einer geeigneten Stelle im oder am Traktor befestigen können.
Der Anbau erfolgt an den Heck-Drei-Punkt Kat.1 des Traktors mit einer Zapfwellendrehzahl von 540 U/min.
Ausgestattet ist der Mulcher mit pendelnd aufgehängten Y-Messern, die versetzt auf der Schlegelwelle verteilt sind.
Die Messer sorgen für einen sauberen Schnitt der Wiese. Weiterhin können auch kleinere Äste problemlos gemulcht werden.
Eine höhenverstellbare Nachlaufwalze am Heck des Mulchers und höhenverstellbare Gleitkufen sorgen für die Regulierung der Schnitthöhe.
Schlegelwelle und Nachlaufwalze laufen in schmierbaren Lagern, die von aussen leicht zugänglich sind.
Auch alle Schwenkarme und Schwenkbolzen sind mit Schmiernippeln versehen, so dass sich diese sehr leicht Abschmieren lassen.
An der Frontseite des Mulchers sorgt eine Klappe dafür, dass keine Gegenstände wie Steine oder Mulchgut aus dem Mulchgehäuse austreten können.
Das Mulchgehäuse besteht aus 4mm starkem Stahl, die Aufhängung ist 6mm stark.
Aufgrund des geringen Gewichtes sind diese Mulcher speziell für Klein- und Kompakttraktoren ab 25PS geeignet.
