We chose this JCB because its machines have always earned our trust on smaller jobs, and this unit stays true to that reputation. The build feels solid, the hydraulics respond predictably, and the controls carry that familiar JCB precision. During a pond cleanup with different buckets, it kept a steady pace.
Daily service points are easy to access. We didn’t need support after purchase, but knowing that JCB parts and assistance are readily available is reassuring.
