CS-100 cement silo is a product that stands out with its durability and high capacity structure. with a capacity of 100 tons (78 m3), it can be safely used in large-scale projects. with a height of 18920 mm and a diameter of 3060 mm, this silo stands on four solid legs and offers a stable structure with a weight of 8000 kg. With an output diameter of Ø 300 mm and 120 components, it provides the performance you need.
The body of the silo is made of 37 mm thick metal sheets using ST-5 material, which gives it extra durability. All components, such as the top cover, tapered part support material and foot plates, have been selected in accordance with the highest quality standards. the tapered part, supported by silo foot plates made of 20 mm metal sheets and a 100 mm steel C channel, provides extra stability. In addition, the silo roof is equipped with arrestors and offers easy access with a maintenance platform.
Thanks to its features such as internal manhole and external manhole, ease of use and maintenance access are provided.
