The Scanreco Rocket Flex offers a wealth of digital control functions and can show important information on the display. The 14 control elements can be configured as either buttons or switches. The keypad can be labelled with meaningful symbols and texts. The Rocket Flex offers a wide range of functions and a high degree of customisability. The buttons can be assigned as push-buttons, latching switches or locking switches. Each button can be assigned to a specific receiver output or several outputs. A toggle function enables the double assignment of all buttons. The optional display and the five standard LEDs indicate feedback from the receiver. The displays are programmable.
The automatic frequency management ensures interference-free operation even when there is interference from other radio devices in the vicinity. For greater range, an additional Rocket Flex or Pocket transmitter can be used as a repeater. The transmitter has an individual identity code and communicates with the receiver via a proprietary protocol. This ensures that no other transmitters (from Scanreco or other manufacturers) can accidentally activate the machine. The tamping function fulfils performance level d (PL d) according to ISO 13849-1, a legally binding standard for safety-critical control components.
The Rocket Flex transmitter is designed for intensive use and only needs to be recharged after 120 hours of continuous operation.As with all our products, our customers can rely on the reliability of the functions.This is what Scanreco's Never-Stop Technology™ stands for.
The G5-R5/10 is our basic model.It is equipped with relay outputs.The receiver is supplied with either 5 or 10 relays. The relay outputs are isolated from the rest of the receiver electronics. Each output is designed for 5 A. The connection behaviour can be set (normally open or closed, common connection points).
The G5-M19 receiver has 19 MOSFET outputs, 14 of which can be configured as digital inputs. Each output is designed for 3 A.The total permissible load of the system is 10 A.The connections on the receiver unit are protected against short circuits and transients. The connections are made via two 12-pin Deutsch connectors.
