Hier stellen wir Ihnen eine Elektroausführung von unserem TS-22 vor...den TS-22E. Der Holzspalter wird über einen starken 5 kW Motor angetrieben. Dank des Elektroantriebs ist er sehr leise und arbeitet energieeffizient. Es handelt sich um eine sehr schwere und robuste Ausführung; das Eigengewicht des Spalters beträgt 300 kg!

Gefertigt und produziert nach der neuesten EU Produktsicherheitsnorm EN 609:2017

Die enorme Spaltkraft von 22 Tonnen wird mittels der eingebauten Hydraulikpumpe erzeugt. Diese Pumpe wird von einem 400 Volt - Elektromotor angetrieben.

Sehr praktisch ist der angebaute Stammheber, mit welchem sich sehr einfach schwere Stämme aufrichten lassen. Wird der Stammheber nicht benötigt, so kann dieser in der oberen Position einfach eingerastet werden und dient als 2. Schutzbügel.

Mittels eines einfachen Feder-Mechanismus kann das Gerät in 2 unterschiedlichen Betriebsarten betrieben werden:

1. Der Spaltkeil fährt nach Loslassen der Bedienhebel automatisch wieder hoch auf die voreingestellte Position (kann mittels eines Hebels stufenlos variiert werden). Hier ist ein sehr schnelles und effektives Arbeiten möglich, da man den Keil nicht manuell wieder hochfahren muss. Für diese Betriebsart muss die Feder ausgehängt sein.

2. Der Spaltkeil bleibt nach Loslassen der Bedienhebel in jeder Position stehen und fährt nur durch Hochdrücken der Bedienhebel zurück. Die Feder muss für diese Funktion eingehängt sein.

Der Holzspalter steht auf 2 Rädern und verfügt zusätzlich über ein Transportrad. Dank diesem Transportrad kann der Holzspalter auch per Hand transportiert werden. Der Zylinder ist ohne großen Aufwand auf eine Höhe von ca. 1,88 Meter absenkbar.

Sie werden fast keinen Scheit Holz finden, welchen dieser Spalter nicht klein bekommt.

Im Lieferumfang des Holzspalters ist ein Spaltkreuz enthalten. Innerhalb der europäischen Union darf dieses Spaltkreuz bei Verwendung des Holzspalters jedoch nicht benutzt werden, da die neue EU Norm EN 609:2017 für Holzspalter die Verwendung von Mehrfachspaltkeilen und Spaltkreuzen generell verbietet.

Das Gerät wird gut verpackt und stehend geliefert. Für die Endmontage und die Inbetriebnahme sollten von Ihnen ca. 30 Minuten eingeplant werden. Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung, sowie eine Explosionszeichnung. Für die Befüllung verwenden wir ein Hydrauliköl der Klassifikation HLP46, welches überall erhältlich ist.
