Jansen HS-20H110
is a wood splitter with many special functions.
It can and should only be operated in a vertical position!
Thanks to the use of an additional hydraulic cylinder, the machine can be conveniently placed vertically or folded horizontally to the transport position.
The maximum log length is 110 cm and the splitting force is 20 tons.
The hydraulic pump is driven by a very durable and high-quality
Kohler gasoline engine with a power of 6.5 HP.
During the development of our products, this splitter was constantly optimized. In this way, the current versions have several significant advantages over previous models. Operation at the actuator has been significantly simplified by improved accessibility in a vertical working position. Many of the flexible lines have been replaced with fixed, permanently installed metal tubes, giving the unit a much more professional look. Last but not least, the wheels are mounted on ball bearings.
The splitting pressure of our splitters is measured directly on the splitter, so this information also corresponds to the actual splitting pressure. Many other suppliers quote unrealistic values that are never achieved in practice.
The same applies to the length of the log,
we give the actual, actual value of 110 cm that a piece of wood can have. The cylinder piston stroke is 100 cm,
the splitting wedge passes almost completely through the wood. This way we guarantee effective splitting of wood!
Cylinder diameter 115 mm, piston rod 45 mm.
The splitter is extremely easy to use.
The engine is very easy to start with the recoil starter and starts very well even in sub-zero temperatures.
The set includes a cross wedge that simply attaches to the splitting wedge.
Switching between wedge and cross is done in seconds! With a splitting wedge or
a 30 cm long cross wedge
, you can also split thicker logs with a larger diameter in one operation. This often does not work with shorter splitting wedges and the log often has to be turned 180 degrees, which is very time-consuming.
The hydraulics are designed in such a way that the splitting wedge can be stopped in any position and can be moved forward or backward. The force is always present and the splitting wedge does not have to be returned to the starting position repeatedly, as is the case with many competing products.
The Jansen HS-22A62 can be easily towed to the job site using the ball hitch.
The device is not approved for transport on public roads.
ATTENTION
:
The device is delivered well packed and disassembled in a wooden box. Final assembly will take approximately 3-4 hours. The scope of delivery includes an operating manual in German. Assembly is usually easy, but may require two people to do the job as the individual parts are heavy! The first filling of the device requires approximately 20 liters of HLP46 hydraulic oil. The engine requires approximately 1 liter of engine oil. Here we recommend multigrade oil with a classification of 10W40 or 15W40.
