La nostra Complex EVO è il risultato del lavoro e dello studio della nostra èquipe di esperti,
dopo anni di test e innumerevoli consigli dei nostri utilizzatori, siamo arrivati ad offrire al pubblico questo nuovo modello, studiato come impianto per le grandi produzioni.
Progettata per lavorare qualsiasi tipo di materiale, dalla ramaglia ai tronchi fino ad un diametro massimo di 500 mm.
Come punto di forza principale ha quello di necessitare di un solo operatore, il quale dalla consolle principale tramite un caricatore di tronchi orizzontale, alimenta la vasca di avvicinamento materiale al disco, con tutta semplicità e velocità può selezionare se gestire manualmente o in automatico la fase di taglio e impostare la lunghezza dei pezzi.
La versione con spaccalegna incorporato permette all' operatore di selezionare ad ogni ciclo di taglio, se spaccare immediatamente il tronco oppure in caso di legna a fasci di piccole dimensioni tramite un prolungamento della vasca spintore evaquare immediatamente la legna nel nastro di scarico.
Infine si può abbinare all' impianto un pallettizzatore che permette di stoccare il materiale all' istante, dentro sacchi posizionati su bancali adibiti al trasporto.
La Complex EVO è sicuramente un valido compromesso tra massima produzione e costi d' esercizio, senza trascurare il fatto che gli operatori lavorano in tutta sicurezza con il massimo della produttività e senza porre il benchè minimo sforzo.

La nostra Complex EVO è il risultato del lavoro e dello studio della nostra èquipe di esperti,

Progettata per lavorare qualsiasi tipo di materiale, dalla ramaglia ai tronchi fino ad un diametro massimo di 520 mm.
L'operatore dalla consolle principale tramite un caricatore di tronchi orizzontale, alimenta la vasca di avvicinamento al disco, con tutta semplicità e velocità può selezionare se gestire manualmente o in automatico la fase di taglio e impostare la lunghezza dei pezzi.
Dopo averlo sezionato il materiale viene stoccato in un nastro denominato accumulatore,
il quale avvicinandolo allo spaccalegna permette al secondo operatore di differenziare la legna da spaccare a quella da caricare.
Tutto questo viene convogliato in un nastro caricatore che porta le legna lavorata in quota.
Infine si può abbinare all' impianto un pallettizzatore che permette di stoccare il materiale all' istante, dentro sacchi posizionati su bancali adibiti al trasporto.
