Dieser Schredder wird an die 3-Punkt-Aufhängung Kat. 1 (oder Kat.2) des Traktors montiert. Antieb erfolgt über eine Zapfwelle. Es wird eine Traktorleistung von mindestens 60PS benötigt. Der Häcksler verfügt über Vor- und Rücklauf. Das Holz wird hydraulisch über 2 Einzugswalzen zum Messer befördert. Der Häcksler hat insgesamt 4 Messer mit einem Rotor-Durchmesser von 91cm. Gesamtgewicht ca. 700kg. Auslieferung erfolgt im fertig montierten Zustand.
Der Holzhäcksler ist sehr wartungsfreundlich aufgebaut. Es wurden keine Keilriemen oder zusätzliche Getriebe verbaut. Durch Lösen einer Schraube lässt sich der komplette Auswurfturm zur Seite klappen, so dass Sie bequem das Gerät reinigen können und auch die Messer tauschen oder wenden können.
Der Antrieb der Einzugswalzen erfolgt durch die Traktorhydraulik. Alternativ haben wir auch Geräte mit eigener Hydraulikölversorgung.
