The self-propelled ladder TG-2244 has been specially designed to carry out the loading/offl oading of aircraft passengers; the vehicle’s threshold in the loading/offloading doors is a height above ground of between 2.20 m (86.6”) and 4.40 m (173.2”).
The ladder is a compact self-propelled vehicle comprising a frame with two fl ights of steps, one fi xed and the other mobile, which slides telescopically over the fixed flight propelled by a hydraulic cylinder.
In the upper part of the mobile fl ight there is a platform with tip-up front to adapt it to the

The loading/offl oading platform can be situated at a height of between 2.20 m (86.6”), in its lowest
position, and 4.40 m (173.2”), in its highest position. The loading/offlfl oading platform and the
flfl ight of steps are protected by railings.
