Chassis:
In accordance with the purpose of usage and it's capacity with safety transports, all trailers design of their constructions with high strenght cross members and productions are with high-tech welding machines. Quality S355J2+N steel grade will be used on our productions. Chassi completely galvanized.
Platform: The chassis superstructure will be 820x2000 balsted ramp. The middle part will be made of 2/3 aluminium checkered plate sheet.
Platform 1: Moving platform with 2 hydraulic pistons with height adjustment with worm screw on gooseneck.
Platform 2: The platform is activated by 2 hydraulic pistons. It is also connected to the trailer main chassis with an articulated connection.
Platform 3: The platform is activated by 2 hydraulic pistons. It is also connected to the trailer main chassis with an articulated connection.
All hydraulic pistons will be controlled with mechanical controller + Teleradio Remote Control
Bumper: 1500 mm long and manually pulling with hydraulic power. Inner ramps will be aluminium and manually extension with hand.( End of Aluminium ramp will be like lowbed ramps )
Winch: 2x3500 kgs Hydraulic winch with 25 meters steel rope with oil tank and emergency stoppers.
Axles: 2x10 Tons Gigant Brand Drum axles with air spring suspensions drum brakes. There are brake shoes and heavy brake levers suitable for TSE norms. It is supplied with 4 pcs of air suspension.
Tires: Goodyear Brand 8 pcs 245/70 R17,5’’ + 1 Spare Tyre holder with spare tyre
Rims: 8 pcs 22.5’’ Jantas or Jantsa Brand Rims
Brake System: Wabco 2S-2M EBS system
