Question 1

What is the Still Blue-Q efficiency mode?

Accepted Answer

The Still Blue-Q efficiency mode is an intelligent energy-saving program activated by a button on the control panel. It optimizes the performance characteristics of the drive motor and hydraulics to reduce energy consumption by up to 10% in typical operating cycles. This is achieved without a significant impact on handling performance, thereby lowering operational costs and extending the working time per battery charge or fuel tank.

Question 2

How does the diesel-electric drive in Still forklifts function?

Accepted Answer

Still's diesel-electric drive uses an internal combustion engine to run a generator, which produces electrical current. This current powers electric drive motors that turn the wheels, providing precise power transmission and immediate torque. This system decouples the engine's RPM from the drive speed, allowing the engine to operate in its most efficient range while offering the smooth, responsive feedback of an electric vehicle.

Question 3

What is an MRN document for exporting Still equipment?

Accepted Answer

An MRN, or Movement Reference Number, is a unique customs registration number generated by the EU's Export Control System (ECS). It is a mandatory document for exporting Still equipment from one customs territory to another, such as from the EU to a non-EU country. The MRN serves as proof that the export declaration has been lodged and allows customs authorities to track the shipment until it exits the territory.

Question 4

Can I compare Still forklifts with FleetManager data on Truck1?

Accepted Answer

While Truck1 listings specify if a Still forklift is equipped with the FleetManager system, the platform itself does not provide direct access to the telematics data. Buyers can use this information to specifically source units that have this advanced fleet management capability for post-purchase analysis. The presence of FleetManager indicates the unit is capable of delivering data on operating hours, error codes, and driver access for sophisticated operational oversight.
