Based in Slingsby, North Yorkshire, 16 miles north east of York. Originally established in 1991 by Richard Firby, we are still a family run business and specialise in supplying used tractors, combines, telehandlers and all other types of agricultural plant and machinery all over the world. We supply machines from all the major manufacture’s but as we are not a franchise dealership Richard and Lee can give independent advice on all makes and models. Having being farmers all our lives we have a wide experience of using machines and of knowing what is expected of them. We test as many of the machines on the family farm as possible to ensure that we know as much about the machines as possible. We always have an extensive range of stock which changes on a daily basis and our website is updated regularly in order to keep the information on it as accurate as possible, so if you cannot see a particular machine that you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us we may be able to tell you when one will be available. All machines on our website are owned by JR Firby Ltd, we do not sell any machines on our website that are not owned by ourselves, as we are not an advertising agent.
